Don and his crew did some fantastic troubleshooting an intermittant problem that I was sure was a bad starter in my Dodge diesel truck. They kept it overnight to try it in the morning since it wouldn't do it for them. They found that one of the batteries was not holding a charge. The truck has started EVERY TIME since they replaced the batteries over a month ago. I'm very happy with the honesty and integrity when they could have sold me a new starter that it didn't need.
