On a trip from Phoenix to Washington state we experenced a strong vibration in the drive train of our truck. We fully expected to buy a new transmission. We told Scotty's that we needed the transmission replaced. They did a diagnostic teat on the vehicle and stated we needed a tuneup and found a vibration in the driveline but assured us the vehicle would make the trip without further repairs. They charged us $3000 less than we were prepared to pay for the repairs. Thye even called us the next day to see if we had completed our trip without further difficulties. A great shop. I wish we lived closer so we could use their services on a regular basis.

Don and his crew did some fantastic troubleshooting an intermittant problem that I was sure was a bad starter in my Dodge diesel truck. They kept it overnight to try it in the morning since it wouldn't do it for them. They found that one of the batteries was not holding a charge. The truck has started EVERY TIME since they replaced the batteries over a month ago. I'm very happy with the honesty and integrity when they could have sold me a new starter that it didn't need. Thanks Don and crew !
