Zach handled my repair and maintenance work. He is knowledgeable and professional in his work and makes decisions on maintenance issues in the best interest of the customer. I brought my truck in for a fluid change (transmission, transfer case and rear differential) and in the process, a strange noice was detected coming from the differential. Zack made the call not to change the differential fluid and we discussed my options. I chose to make another appointment so the techs can investigate the cause of the strange noise. He saved me the cost of the differential fluid change as it would have had to be drained again to investigate the cause of the strange noise. We did make another appointment to check out the diff and repair whatever is making the noise. I appreciate Zach for his decision making abilities. Thanks Zach.
