I was overdue for an oil change and since I was in the area, I swung in to check if they had time to change the oil. They got me in right away. I was most impressed in listening to them with their other customers while I waited.An older gentleman came in and they knew him by first name and chatted with him in a very friendly manner. A woman called on the phone with a dead battery and needed help. They knew her and were able to give her direction over the phone on how to solve her problem.I have been very disillusioned lately on the cost of my car repairs that never seem to fix the problem I'm having. I will definitly tryScottie's the next time, based on the great service I've gotten and the way they treat their customers.

Called ahead to check if there was much of a wait for oil change. Told that they could get my car right in when I arrived. This was just the case. Fast,reliable service,with the great feeling that everything was done correctly. Well worth the extra drive to Glendale from the usual Jiiffy Lubes.

The reason I chose Scotty's is three fold. Recommendation from my mechanic, their affiliation with the BBB and the professionalism of the staff. I had a chance to deal with Rob directly. What a great guy. Humble enough to help me tighten the battery cabled on the truck I drove in to pick up my vehicle I had serviced. If I hadn't asked, I would have no clue he is also the owner of Scotty's. I will definitely recommend Scotty's to friends and family.

Always a great experience when I go to Scotty's. They always give a courtesy call if they see something that I didnt bring my vehicle in for. I never feel pressured to have to do something the suggest and I never feel like they are just trying to get more money from me.

Thank you AGAIN Kyle and Steve for taking care of Anna's 97 Sable Wagon. Gotta keep it running for another year.

Consistent, fair, and honest. Steve and the guys are always helpful and will suggest only what you need done at the time of service, nothing more to try and get more money from you. Very reliable and efficient.
