I have been getting my vehicle serviced here for years. I stand and watch them change the oil and they always make sure all the oil is drained out before they put the plug back in- they take the extra time to make sure the job is done just the way I would do it myself. I had my shocks replaced last year here and was very satisfied- they were very professional and competitive on the price. The employees that work here have been there for many years and that says a lot- they know what they are doing and are friendly and fair. The waiting room is very clean and recently remodeled.

The staff at RPM Automotive stand behind their work and are honest. I recommend this shop to everyone.

My truck failed to start on a Friday after 5 pm labor day weekend. Everything was closed. Called Scotty's RPM and left a voice message asking if it was okay to have the truck towed to them without me having to be there as I was scheduled for a operation. Scotty's worked on truck , found the problem very fast and ordered parts. Don at the desk kept me informed of status on getting correct part. Seems it was very difficult to find the right part that would fit and work. Picked up the truck, signed the work contract and paid all at the same time. Truck runs great. I trust Scotty' to do the right thing and I will continue to do business with them.
