Scott’s took me right in when my starter went out, leaving me stranded in town. I was called with updates & was very surprised that my vehicle was ready a day sooner than I expected. (I believe it was because they knew I was using a rental!) It was only my 2nd visit to Scott’s, but I was made to feel like a long-time customer!
