I was referred to Chad for my transmission. He was very upfront and honest about everything my car needed and he kept in constant communication with me of the status of repair and answered every question I had. I felt that he treated my situation just as he would with someone in his own family. Due to storms out of their control, my transmission was delayed but they did everything they could to get it done in a timely manner and took some of the costs off for the wait.
