I bring all my vehicles to Scotty's/RPM because they are the most honest shop in town.

I was referred to Chad for my transmission. He was very upfront and honest about everything my car needed and he kept in constant communication with me of the status of repair and answered every question I had. I felt that he treated my situation just as he would with someone in his own family. Due to storms out of their control, my transmission was delayed but they did everything they could to get it done in a timely manner and took some of the costs off for the wait. Great quality of service. I will be coming here for all my cars needs! Thank you!

Had 2 blown spark plugs. Towed truck to them on Monday morning and was done Tuesday. they fixed the plugs and did an oil change. Double whammy of excellent customer service. Always a great experience! Don is the man.

I recently gave a review that should have been 5 stars not 4 1/2, not sure how that happened? We have been going to RPM Automotive for years and would not take our cars anywhere else!!!! Don and the staff always take excellent care of us!!! I highly recommend them!!

Scotty's / RPM always does a great job and stands behind their work on any questions. Quick on the turn and professional in the handling of the equipment. I love to take my car to RPM to have it worked on. I always feel like they are on top of their game and understand my car and what it needs to be fixed. There shop is the cleanest , most out together shop that I have ever seen. Noting, I mean nothing has dirt or dust on it, much less grease. Yesterday I did the great " stay in your car" while I got my oil changed. They brought my cars air filter to me and said it was rather dirty and did I want to change. It was obviously very dirty and I said yes. What I like the most is they are really in to getting the" business completed" and don't just sit or stand there talking the day away with unrelated conversation and want to address all clients equally.
