My alternator died in Midtown without warning. So I call RPM Motors and talked to Zack. He told me what to do and what not to do so I wouldn't run out of "juice". When I arrived at the shop he tested my vehicle and called numerous parts dealers including Honda to get a new part and made sure it was the "right one". He was back and forth on the phone and kept me in the loop. I had to leave my vehicle overnight. The part arrived the next day and they got me on the road by the end of the day. We were coming up on the 4th of July Holiday and they were swamped with work. However, they just did what they always do. They fixed it and I was on my way. Great Service. Great people. Great attitudes!
